COUNTY SHELTER-IN-PLACE ORDER IN EFFECT AGAIN

As of 12:01 a.m. Monday, Dec. 7, a new Shelter-in-Place Order went into effect in Alameda County to slow the spread of COVID-19. Under the new health order:

• Retail (other than grocery) is permitted at 20% capacity.
• Grocery stores are permitted at 35% capacity (as per new guidance issued by the state).
• Restaurants can open for take-out, delivery or pick-up only.
• Offices are open only for critical infrastructure sectors where remote working is not possible.
